To ensure you make the right size and get a perfect fit for your activewear it is important to measure correctly. Always measure over the undergarments you will be wearing with your active wear. Chest: Measure around the widest part of the chest/ bust area.
Waist: Measure around the natural waistline. This is where you would bend if you bent your body from side to side. It is not where you would like the waistband to sit on the finished garment.
Hip: Measure around the widest part of the hip/ bottom area. This is often below the area we think of as the 'hip'.
Vertical trunk: The vertical trunk measurement is taken by holding the measuring tape on the top of one shoulder, taking it down the front of the body, between the legs, up the back of the body and up to the same point on the same shoulder.
Height: Measurement from top of head to floor.
Inside leg: Measure along the inside of the leg from crotch to floor.
